2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
We collect the following data through the website www.fulldatas.com:
Contact details of the users who request information about Fulldatas and want to receive information about our services and proposals.
We also process data with the purpose of regularly providing you with relevant information (newsletter) about what we do, what happens in the marketing world, or what some of our colleagues do that we find very interesting and useful.
We also provide free resources, such as guides and e-books.
Finally, we may also include third-party events of interest to you or even manage and promote them, which means that you may be able to register to attend to them through our links or we may even manage such events directly.
In other cases, the process is carried out through the Eventbrite platform.
We inform you that, once collected, your data are processed and become part of our databases, being processed for the purposes described above.
3. HOW LONG WILL WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data gathered through the application forms in our website will be kept for the necessary time to fulfil this aims, and they will be maintained for a period of 4 years from statistical, administrative and financial purposes of the company. If data have been provided with the purpose of receiving specific services, they will be kept in relation to the provision of services is maintained and, after that period, until the legal time-limit prescribed.

The collection of personal data through the applications forms inserted upon the web www.fulldatas.com is carried out in a secure environment since that we use SSL encryption, which makes that the communications between the server and the client are transmitted encrypted. The web pages that use this protocol start with https, and if a cyber-attack will occur, only a flow of encrypted data would be obtained.
6. IS YOUR DATA DISCLOSED TO OTHER RECIPIENTS?
The data you enter on the website will not be disclosed to other entities, except as required by law or to fulfil the purpose for which they were provided.
In this regard, we inform you that we may contract third parties, such as the Eventbrite platform, to manage the sale of tickets for any of the events. This platform establishes its own privacy policy with respect to the treatment it performs. Eventbrite's representative for the European Data Protection Act is Eventbrite NL BV with headquarters at Silodam 402, 1013AW, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
In order to manage registrations and communicate with users, we use Salesforce, by Pardot, a North American company that subscribes to the Privacy Shield, which certifies a level of security and protection similar to those that must be implemented in the EU to protect personal data.
Possible changes in the recipients will be communicated/published, keeping this information updated and available to users.
7. - WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE WHEN PROVIDING YOUR DATA?
The rights are the following:
Information Right: You have a right to information in a clear way BEFORE your data be collected about what data are being processed, with the purpose they are processed, where your data have been obtained and whether they will be communicated or have been already communicated to someone.
Access Right: To know which of your data are been processed, with what purpose are processed, where the data have been obtained and whether data are going to be communicated or have been already communicated to someone.
Rectification Right: To modify which data inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Erasure Right: To cancel your inaccurate or excessive data.
Object Right: To avoid your data being processed or would no longer be processed although only on the assumptions established by law.

DNI Photocopy (Passport or other identity documents) or digital signature.
Content of your application form and if necessary, the documents that certify it.
Address (for notification purposes), date and signature.
If you exercise your rights through a legally assigned representative, you must provide a document or digital device that certify this representation.
In the case that the holder of data is underage or incapable, his or her rights will be exercised by his or her legally credited representative.
We will responsible for responding to your form within the expected legal deadlines and in the more appropriate way. In any case, you may have recourse to Personal Data Protection Agency in defence of your legal interests.
